Sustenance and Sustainability

St. Paul’s Advanced Studies Program was founded in 1958 to provide talented New Hampshire public and parochial school juniors with challenging educational opportunities otherwise unavailable to them. The ASP seeks highly motivated students interested in academic challenge and hard work in a stimulating environment that encourages them to learn and grow.

In Sustenance and Sustainability, a major course at ASP, we studied the economic, societal, environmental, and political aspects of food production. As a class, we are passionate about raising awareness about all of the processes of food production. We believe that consumers should exercise their rights to make informed decisions when purchasing food. For this reason, our class collaborated to compile our findings into this website. We hope you take advantage of the information!
